Otsal is situated in the third floor of the building. Photos of India and the Taj Mahal were hanging along the staircase, and when we entered the place... wough!! I really felt like landing in India. The decoration was amazing, with colorful lanterns, Indian warrior statues, an elephant on the floor... it was awesome.
-Koorma Curry witch chicken
-Cheese Naan
-Chicken Malai Kebab
-Plain Lassi
-Rass Gulla
Total : 31 900 won
The Lassi was basically a milky drink. The taste was a bit sour and mouth drying, but it blended so well with the chicken. One of the indian cook served us the Chicken Malai Kebab. He each piece of a huge spike, it was still sizzling, so mouth watering. The taste was amazing, not really spicy, melting in my mouth. And the chicken was well cooked inside. This dish came with a small salad (with strawberry inside) and two sauces (one with cucumber/coriander, the other with a tomato base). |
The Rass Gulla was a desert based on goat milk yogurt (i think... because the aftertaste was strong). And the small “rice” balls had this particular Indian menthol taste. It was also good !
So as you can see, I loved this restaurant. If you want to try Indian food, I strongly recommend Otsal (they even give a fidelity card, how awesome is that) !
