Sa-wa-de-kaa! If you ask me what is the food that I miss the most about Malaysian Cuisine, I’d denifitely say: COCONUT MILK!!! People who’ve been to Malaysia must know that coconut milk plays a very important in M’sian foods, especially Malay cuisine. Curry, rendang, nasi lemak, laksa~ yummy! I was in one of these days that I miss my home so much. Ok, let me rephrase - that I miss Malaysia foods. Same apply to Mimi. Mimi has a lot to tell when it comes to South East Asian cuisines as she is basically an expert. Unfortunately, there is no Malaysian restaurant in Busan. Hence, we choose to have the Thai foods to fulfill our cravings for coconut milk. |
Pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai were also good. They used fresh pineapple (some restaurants tend to use canned pineapple) which I’ll give them a credit for that. So yummy~
But seriously, we all agreed that nothing beats Tom Kha Kai. I’m sure the others soup, you know something like TomYamGung will be equally delicious.
